Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise specified.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be authorized before being sent back to us.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
